Where is Tekirdag ?

Tekirdag, located  in the  Thrace part of Marmara region, has been a strategical gateway which connects Anatolia to Balkan peninsula. Tekirdag surrounded with Istanbul in the east, Marmara sea and Canakkale in the south, Edirne in the west, Kirklareli in the north and Black sea in the northeast.

The Surface area of the Tekirdag is 6.313 square kilometers and population of the city is approximately 829.000 people.

The districts of  Tekirdag city are; Saray, Cerkezkoy, Corlu, Marmara Ereglisi, Muratli, Tekirdag, Hayrabolu, Malkara, Sarkoy.
