Alanya Beaches

Alanya beaches consist of wide sandy beaches and most of them have blue flags which proves the cleanliness of the water. All beaches in Antalya are managed and controlled by the international beach rules.

 Damlatas Beach is located in the western side of historical peninsula, just in front of the Damlatas cave. It is a blue flagged sandy beach. The small bay extending to peninsula and consist of pebbles is called as Cleopatra beach. The ones who want to have a nice walk can go to Fosforlu cave.

Cleopatra Beach,  is the extension of the Damlatas beach. Sea and Beach is sandy. The depth of the sea reaches height of a man in a few steps. It is the most popular beach of Alanya and visited by thousands of people every day.

Keykubat Beach, starts from the municipality building of alanya and extends 3 km long. Sea and beach are sandy. Due to the green areas of the beach it is also called as bougainvillea beach.

Orange ( Oba ) beach, is almost 1km long. It starts from the area where oba creek flows to the sea and finishes where dim river flows to the sea. The majestic slopes of the Taurus mountain rises behind the oba beach. There are 100 mt wide beaches available in the beach. It is a sandy beach.

Ulas Highway Beach is 5 km on the West of Alanya district located just by the highway. It is organized as a picnic site on a rocky cape. The bay, which is reached by stairways, is a sandy beach. The slope behind the beach blocked with a retaining Wall creates a view of a castle. Beach is a popular destination for Daily boat trips.

Incekum Beach is situated 25 km on the West of Alanya. There is a parking lot just by the highway. Sea and Beach is sandy.The golden coloured very fine sands in the beach are not sticky as the others therefore beach is called as thiny, fine sandy beach ( incekum). The lenght of incekum is almost 1 km.

Fugla Beach is located in a large bay which is 20 km away from Alanya. Many Daily boats stop and anchor here for a lunch and swimming. It is a sandy beach and some parts are pebbled.

Mahmutlar Beach is situated 20 km on the eastern side of Alanya. It is a sandy beach. The coast is almost 5 km long andsome parts of the coast are natural sandy beaches. In these beaches small restaurants and touristic buildings serve food and beverage and parasol and sun lounges.

It is already almost 45 degrees we got here in Alanya in April. Can't realy imagine how alanya beaches will be in june and july.
