Nusrat Mine ship

A ship which had played a very important role during the first world war in Dardanelles.

The mines laid by th Nusrat mine ship in March 18, 1915 changed the fate of the Dardanelles campaign . Two English  ships  which called Inflexible and Bolva were destroyed with the mines of Nusrat ship.

An old war ship with an age over 100 years old is a living history today can be visited in Mersin , Tarsus Canakkale park.
