Changa has been opened since 1999 and serving its visitors in an old Art Nouveau style place which was built in 1903 .

 

The young and very talented cooking chiefs of the Changa restaurant offer the best foods from famous New Zealander chief’s Modern Kitchen recipies.

 

There are also some dishes available from the Turkish cuisine integrated to their menus.

 

Changa offers very special and unique tastes of diffferent cuisines in one plate . Different foods smoothly and attentively synthesise by the Chiefs of Changa restaurant.

 

The place formed by 3 floors has 90 people capacity all over. The kitchen of Changa restaurant is placed in basement and ceiling of the kitchen is made by a transparent specially made strong glass allows the visitors to watch while the cooks are prepared by the chiefs.

 

Changa was announced  among the best 50 restaurant in the world by the Restaurant magazine which published in England .

Appetizers; Broccoli with cherry sauce , Prosciutto chips , dry fig pickles and salad made with goatcheese.

Fennel with olive oil and fava, sea scallops wrapped with pastirma. Foie Gras ( fried Duck livers ) withspecial sauce .

 

MainCourse; Grilled crayfish with smashed bean and mint.

Salmon cooked in oven with the coconut milk and Miso sauce

Tortellini with salmon pieces and Porcini mushroom

Tenderloin with Vietnamese sauce and fresh salads

 

Desserts ; Wallnut Tiramisu, Isabella Sorbet, Ice cream with Turkish coffe and Changa Biscotti .
